AVAILABLE WATERS.

2824
Chicago’s South and West Side neighborhoods remain conceptually and visually remote to most people living outside of them. Out of sight/site out of mind. The Available Waters  project uses screen captures and 360 screen recordings from Google’s Street View coupled with videos of beautiful bodies of water in the form of oceans, lakes, and rivers.  Puddles are the available bodies of water for people persevering day after day in Chicago’s neglected environments.
