BE- HIVE
"Be-Hive" was a multimedia site specific installation at two separate sites located 198 miles apart. One site was rural, a barn loft in Galesburg, Illinois and the other site was urban, Fassbender Gallery in Chicago, Illinois. Both sites were connected by a webcam that live streamed the barn loft beeswax wall installation process to a computer monitor behind the beeswax wall installation at the gallery. At the conclusion of the barn loft installation a live stream of an observation beehive within the barn was streamed to the gallery monitor until the gallery show closed.
